The Board of Directors of Tanco wishes to inform that on 31 December 2020, both PSD and MyAngkasa Bina have agreed to extend the MOU Period for a further period of 3 months from 31 December 2020 (“the Extended MOU Period”) and for the definitive Agreement between their respective selves on the MOU to be signed within the Extended MOU Period.
