Unless otherwise defined, the terms and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement dated 4 September 2020 in relation to the Writ and Statement of Claim. We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 4 September 2020, 1 October 2020, 2 November 2020 and 1 December 2020.

The Board of Directors of Ageson wishes to inform that the Company and RHB had reached a consensus in principle on the loan settlement proposal and the Company had on 4 January 2021, made the first and part payment of the outstanding sum owing to RHB (“Outstanding Sum”).

The Company and RHB has agreed that the litigation process to be held in abeyance.
