Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23 and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of SHL Consolidated Bhd. ("SHL") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sin Heap Lee Construction Sdn. Bhd. has not extended any loans/advances to any party or received any loan/advances from any party in the ordinary course of its business as a licensed moneylender and therefore, there are no outstanding loans/advances from 1 October 2020 up to the financial quarter ended 31 December 2020.
