We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 1 September 2020, 3 September 2020, 6 October 2020, 18 November 2020 and 24 December 2020 in relation to the Corporate Exercises.
On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Rights Issue with Warrants has been completed today following the listing and quotation of 828,573,600 Rights Shares and 621,430,198 Warrants B on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on even date.
Further, we also wish to announce that the effective date for the implementation of the ESOS is 4 January 2021, being the date on which the Company is in full compliance with all relevant requirements including Rule 6.44(1) of the Listing Requirements.
