Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 20 November 2020 pertaining to the MOA entered between the Company and MVC to obtain exclusive distribution rights for MVC’s COVID-19 Vaccine.
The Board of Directors of Metronic wishes to announce that MGB and MVC had on 31 December 2020 mutually agreed to terminate the MOA with immediate effect.
