The Company wishes to inform that our subsidiary Indah Paper Industries Sdn. Bhd. (“IPI”) had completed full screening of 96 workers and 21 were found to be affected on 31 December 2020.

In the meantime, IPI temporarily stopped operations from 1st January 2021 for sanitization of the premises and foreign workers who was diagnosed Covid-19 positive isolated at the designated quarantine centre. Under the Ministry of Health (“MOH”) instruction, IPI closed from 1st to 4th January 2021 for cleaning and disinfection.

Disruption to production is minimal as the infection source was contained and operations will resume after full sanitation as described above.   

Notwithstanding the above, Minho will continue to adhere to strict Covid-19 preventive measures, and closely cooperate with the MOH and relevant authorities to enhance our Group’s Covid-19 preventive Standard Operating Procedures for all our operating premises to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees.
