The Board of Directors of Key Alliance Group Berhad ("KAG” or "the Company") wishes to announce that Messrs RSL PLT (“RSL”) (AF 0071) has on 5 January 2021 (“Notice Date”), given notice in writing to the Board on their resignation as Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 281(1) of the Companies Act 2016. The resignation will take immediate effect from the Notice Date.

The resignation of RSL is due to the sanction by the Audit Oversight Board (“AOB”) against RSL and the partners from auditing public listed companies for twelve (12) months.

The Board is not aware of any other matters that required to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.  

Further announcement on the engagement of new Auditors will be made by the Company in due course once the appointment of the new Auditors is finalized.
