We refer to the Company’s announcements on 21 October 2020, 19 November 2020, 14 December 2020, 15 December 2020, 30 December 2020, 5 January 2021 and 6 January 2021 in relation to the Proposed Debt Settlement.

On behalf of the Board, KAF IB wishes to announce that 31,800,000 new BKCB Shares, which were issued pursuant to the Proposed Debt Settlement, have been successfully listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities today. As such, the Proposed Debt Settlement is deemed completed on even date.
