The Board of Directors of SNC is pleased to announce that LCI, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SNC, had on 7 January 2021 entered into a JVA with INTEGRATED to jointly carry out the project of:-
a) harvesting of the existing secondary forest logs on the permanent forest reserves of Sokor Taku, State of Kelantan measuring in an area of approximately 5,434 hectares (equivalents to 13,445 acres) (the “Land”); and b) cultivation, terracing and planting as well as harvesting of the forest plantation of Eucalyptus species and/or agroforestry (hereinafter referred to as the “Forest Plantation”) in the Land, [hereinafter collectively known as “the Project”].
