Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Hong Seng wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hong Seng Capital Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Food Cheetah Sdn. Bhd.) has not extended any loans/advances to any party or received any loan/advances from any party in the ordinary course of its business as a licensed moneylender and therefore, there are no outstanding loans/advances from 1 October 2020 up to the financial quarter ended 31 December 2020.
