The Board of Directors of AEM is pleased to announce that the Company has resolved to extend its existing ESOS which is expiring on 7 January 2021 for another five (5) years until 7 January 2026, in accordance with the terms of the ESOS By-Laws. This extension is not subject to the approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Securities Commission and shareholders of the Company. The Company will serve the notice on extension to the eligible ESOS grantees in due course. This announcement is dated 7 January 2021. |
