The Board of Directors of Nexgram is pleased to announce that Tri-G Technologies Sdn Bhd. (“TRI-G”), a 51% owned sub-subsidiary and Vaccines Lab Sdn Bhd (“VACCINESLAB”), a wholly-owned sub-subsidiary of the Company had on 31 December 2020 entered into a China Panel Government System Integrator Contract (“China-PGSIC” or “Contract”) with Wan Sheng Ke Advisory Service Shenzhen Limited (“WANSHENGKE”) (collectively referred to “the Party” or “the Parties”), dedicated to facilitate all China foreign students and travellers from China a one stop payment portal for the application of SafeTravelPass (“STP”), to facilitate the Covid-19 Screening Test, Vaccine Check, Quarantine, Accommodation, Immigration Department’s MyTravelPass and E-Visa verification, trial run effective 1st January 2021, in conjunction with the government’s announcement on accepting foreign students on the same date.
