We refer to our announcements dated 16 November 2020 and 8 December 2020 ("Previous Announcements"). The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the Previous Announcements, unless otherwise specified.
Further to the Previous Announcements, the Company wishes to announce that the Exercise price of the ESOS Options offered shall be changed from RM0.39 to RM0.37 due to price adjustment arising from rights issue.
