The Board of Directors of Nexgram is pleased to announce that Tri-G Technologies Sdn Bhd. (“TRI-G”), a 51% owned sub-subsidiary and Vaccines Lab Sdn Bhd (“VACCINESLAB”), a wholly-owned sub-subsidiary of the Company had on 7 January 2021 entered into a South Korea Panel Government System Integrator Contract (“SOUTHKOREA-PGSIC” or “Contract”) with Koco Stage Co. Inc. (“KOCO”) (collectively referred to “the Party” or “the Parties”), dedicated for all “Covid-19” only business relating to South Korea government integration, including but not limited to South Korea National Security Administration, National Disaster & Emergency Administration, Foreign Affair Ministry, Immigration, Health Ministry, relevant government agencies, and airport, port and borders control etc, and airport inbound and outbound control, and government labs; and non-exclusive in other technology cooperation.
