Reference is made to the announcements dated 26 February 2020, 4 May 2020, 1 June 2020, 19 June 2020, 14 July 2020, 17 July 2020, 21 July 2020, 22 July 2020, 6 August 2020, 7 August 2020, 12 August 2020, 13 August 2020, 17 August 2020, 24 August 2020, 25 August 2020, 26 August 2020 and 12 November 2020 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”) as well as the Circular dated 22 June 2020 (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements and Circular shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the Board has on 12 January 2021 fixed the issue price for up to 85,000,000 Placement Shares at RM1.11 per Placement Share, being the second and final tranche of the Private Placement (“Final Tranche”).
The issue price of RM1.11 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 9.44% to the 5-days VWAP of LPB Shares up to and including 11 January 2021, being the last traded day of LPB Shares immediately preceding the price-fixing date, of RM1.2257 per LPB Share.
Additionally, the Final Tranche has a subscription rate of 213%.
