Unless otherwise stated, the terms and abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation.

Reference is made to the announcement dated 12 January 2021 in relation to the court application filed by the Company with High Court of the Republic of Singapore in HC/OS 1267/2020 for leave to convene the CCM.
