Reference is made to the announcements dated 15 October 2020 and 16 October 2020 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) between JHM Consolidation Berhad (“JHM” or “the Company”) and MASS Precision, Inc. (“MASS”).

Unless otherwise stated, all definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier Announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that JHM is in the midst of finalising the set up a joint venture company between MASS and JHM.
