The abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcement dated 19 February, 2020.

The Board of Directors of KLRB wishes to announce that KLRB and the Vendors have on 19 January, 2021 mutually agreed vide exchange of letters to extend, with interest, the Conditional Period to 19 April, 2021 for the Vendors to complete and fulfil the remaining Conditions Precedent pursuant to the Special Terms and Conditions of the SPAs and the terms of the Supplemental Agreements dated 2 October 2020.  The terms of the Second Supplemental Agreement are pending execution.
