The Board of Directors of MNC (“the Board”) wishes to announce that MNC’s existing ESOS will be terminated with effective from 19 January 2021 in accordance to the By-Laws governing the ESOS in view that the Company has utilised the Scheme to reward its eligible employees.
The Board also wishes to announce that:-
1. no further offers under the ESOS (“Offers”) have been or shall be made by the ESOS Committee; 2. all Offers which have yet to be accepted by the eligible employees shall lapse automatically; and 3. all unexercised or partially exercised options shall lapse automatically.
