This is to notify that Hong Seng Consolidated Berhad (formerly known as MSCM Holdings Berhad) ("Company") has received notification from the following Directors of the Company (collectively referred to as "Said Directors") that they intend to deal in the securities of the Company during the coming closed period pending the announcement by the Company of its results for the third quarter ended 31 December 2020, which closed period will be commencing from 26 January 2021.
