On behalf of the Board of Directors of MMIS, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd is pleased to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a bonus issue of 100,000,000 new ordinary shares in MMIS ("MMIS Shares") ("Bonus Shares") on the basis of 1 Bonus Share for every 5 existing MMIS Shares held on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later ("Proposed Bonus Issue").
