The Company has on 25 January 2021 received a notification from Wong Thean Soon, the Alternate Director to Dato' Dr. Norraesah binti Haji Mohamad, of his intention to deal in the securities of the Company during the closed period. The closed period is in relation to the announcement of the Company's quarterly result for the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2020.
