We refer to our announcement dated 16 December 2020 in relation to the retirement of Messrs Jamal, Amin & Partners as Auditors of MQ Technology Berhad ("the Company") for the financial year ending 30 June 2021 at the Seventeenth Annual General Meeting.

The Board wishes to announce that the Company had on 25 January 2021 appointed Messrs Russell Bedford LC & Company who have given their consent to act, as the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2021.
