The Company had raised gross proceeds of RM34.41 million from its IPO ("IPO Proceeds") in conjunction with the listing of and the quotation for its entire share capital on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 1 August 2019.
The Board of Directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to announce that the Board had on 5 March 2020 approved the extension of time for the utilisation of IPO Proceeds amounting to RM25.25 million.
The Board subsequently on the date of this announcement approved for the revision and extension of time for the utilisation of IPO Proceeds amounting to RM25.25 million.
