The Board of Directors of COASTAL wishes to announce that the Company’s ESOS will expire on 1 February 2021.
The ESOS has been in force for period of five (5) years commencing from 2 February 2016 in accordance with the By-Laws of the ESOS.
As at the date of this announcement, there are 47,028,800 unexercised options under the ESOS and will lapse when the ESOS expires.
