Coastal is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, CDPL and its strategic business partner, JUB has on 1 February 2021 acquired the 100% equity interest in Elite Point Pte. Ltd. (“EPPL”) from a third party individual, Sanathakumara Somunaidu. Upon completion of the Acquisition, the respective % of shareholdings of CDPL and JUB in EPPL shall be 80% and 20%.
