Reference is made to the First Announcement made on 4 April 2018 and the monthly announcements made by the Company in relation to the Company being classified as a PN 17 Issuer pursuant to the requirements under PN 17 of the Listing Requirements (collectively referred to as “Announcements”). The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.
Bursa Securities had on 23 October 2020 granted the Company’s application for an extension of time up to 3 April 2021 to submit the Regularisation Plan to the regulatory authorities.
The Company has up to 2 months to submit the Regularisation Plan to the regulatory authorities.
Save as disclosed above, there are no other material developments on the Regularisation Plan.
