Unless otherwise defined, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement dated 6 November 2020, in relation to the above Civil Suit. The Board of AME wishes to announce that the hearing of the Defendant’s Application for a Stay of Proceedings Pending Arbitration was held on 4 February 2021 and the High Court of Malaya at Shah Alam is scheduled to deliver its decision on 17 February 2021. Further announcement would be made should there be any material development on this matter. This announcement is dated 8 February 2021. |
