We refer to the previous announcements dated 25 January 2021, 3 February 2021 and 8 February 2021 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement. The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise states, have the same meaning as those defined in the previous announcements, where applicable.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 8 February 2021, resolved to approve the listing of and quotation for up to 100,351,785 new ordinary shares in Censof to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement subject to the following:-

1. Censof and UOBKH must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;
2. Censof and UOBKH to inform Bursa Securities upon completion of the Proposed Private Placement; and
3. Censof to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed.
