Further to the annoucements made on 28 September 2020 and 1 October 2020 pertaining to the dilution of equity interest in a subsidiary company, T-Melmax Sdn Bhd ("TMAX"), the Company wishes to announce that all conditions precedent as stated in the Subscription Agreement ("SA") has been fullfilled hence, 5,356,831 ordinary shares has been duly alloted to Packet Interative Sdn Bhd ("PISB") comprising 51% of the enlarged paid-up share capital of TMAX.

With the completion of the proposed subscription, TMAX has become 49% owned associate of Censof and 51% owned subsidiary of PISB.
