We refer to the announcement dated 28 September 2020 in relation to the (51%) share subscription agreement by Packet Interactive Sdn Bhd in T-Melmax Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Censof Holdings Berhad.

Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.

The Company wishes to inform that all conditions precedent pertaining to the above transaction have now been fulfilled. T-Melmax Sdn Bhd is now a 51% -owned subsidiary of Packet Interactive Sdn Bhd holding of 5,356,831 ordinary shares.
