Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 8 February 2021.

 

The Board of Directors of XOX Bhd (“XOX” or “the Company’”) wishes to announce that the Proposed Acquisition has been completed on 9 February 2021 as per the SPA dated 8 February 2021.

 

In connection therewith, the Company is deemed to be a substantial shareholder of Cheetah on 9 February 2021 and the total shareholdings held by XOX in Cheetah are as follows :
