The Board of Directors of AIAB wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Ace Capital Growth Sdn. Bhd. ("ACE CAPITAL") had on 10 February 2021 successfully incorporated a Joint Venture Company with TFP Solutions Berhad (“TFP”) namely, One Gold Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 202101005202 (1405501T)] ("ONE GOLD") ("Incorporation").

ONE GOLD is a private limited company with a total issued share capital of RM10 comprising 10 ordinary shares. Upon the opening of the ONE GOLD’s first bank account, the share capital of the ONE GOLD shall be increased to RM50,000 divided into 50,000 ordinary shares to be subscribed by TFP and ACE CAPITAL based on their shareholding proportion. 

The intended activity of ONE GOLD is to provide a “Fin-Tech” platform for consumers to conduct digital gold trading related transactions via a digital gold trading platform with real-time gold price. Further details of the scope of work are stated in the Company's announcement on 4 January 2021.
