The Board of Directors ("Board") of TDM Berhad (the Company) received the letter of resignation from En. Amir Mohd Hafiz, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company on 11 February 2021 in order to pursue his other career opportunities.
His resignation will take effect from 28 February 2021. In the meantime, a transition plan will be executed for smooth handover of his responsibilities.
The Board wishes to extend its appreciation to En. Amir and also wishes him well in his future endeavours.
