On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities is pleased to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price of the Placement Shares at RM0.1300 per Placement Share to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement.
The aforementioned issue price of RM0.1300 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 5.87% or RM0.0081 to the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of TXB Shares from 5 February 2021 to 11 February 2021 of approximately RM0.1381.
