Further to GENT's announcement dated 24 December 2020 pertaining to the member's voluntary winding-up of Peak Hill Limited ("PHL") and Roundhay Limited ("Roundhay"), both of which are dormant subsidiaries of the Company incorporated in the Isle of Man, GENT wishes to announce that the liquidator of PHL and Roundhay had on 17 February 2021 convened final meetings of PHL and Roundhay to conclude the member's voluntary winding-up.

The Returns of Final Winding-Up Meeting ("Returns") of PHL and Roundhay were lodged on 17 February 2021 with the Companies Registry of the Isle of Man. Pursuant to Section 182 of the Companies Act, 2006 applying Section 214(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1931, on the expiration of 3 months after the lodgement of the Returns, PHL and Roundhay will be dissolved.
