Seventh annual payment of coupon of 3.25% per annum (less any applicable Malaysian tax which is required to be deducted or withheld) for RM1.00 nominal value Irredeemable Convertible Unsecured Loan Stocks ("ICULS")  for the period of 15 Apr 2020 to 14 Apr 2021. 

Kindly be advised of the following : 

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Interest” as from: 30 Mar 2021
2)  The last date of lodgment : 31 Mar 2021
3)  Date Payable : 15 Apr 2021

Remarks :
ICULS holders who submit their ICULS Conversion Notices to the Company Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn bhd on or before 25 March 2021 will not be entitled to the coupon payment.

Non-resident ICULS holders will be subjected to withholding tax.
