The Board of Directors of the Company is proposing a single-tier final dividend of 0.5 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2020, subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Fourth Annual General Meeting of the Company. 

The entitlement date and date of payment in respect of the aforesaid single-tier final dividend will be determined and announced by the Company in due course.
