The Board of Directors of OpenSys (M) Berhad ("OpenSys" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the Company maintained net profit of RM11.1 million in FY2020, buoyed by banking customers’ sustained demand for maintenance services for cash recycling machines and Business Process Outsourcing in bill payment kiosks and cheque processing. 

The maintained profitability mitigated the Group’s lower revenue of RM82.4 million in FY2020 compared to RM102.9 million in the financial year ended 31 December 2019, resulting from banks’ deferred adoption of branch transformation solutions, particularly cash recycling machines and teller cash recyclers.
