The Board of Directors of Hong Seng (“the Board”) wishes to announce that HS Bio Supplies Sdn Bhd (formerly known as HC MSC Sdn Bhd) (“HS Bio”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 22 February 2021 entered into a Cooperation Framework Agreement (“Agreement”) with Fosun Trade Co., Ltd (“Fosun Trade”). HS Bio and Fosun Trade shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually referred to as a “Party”. 
Pursuant to the Agreement, the Parties wish to jointly cooperate and collaborate to explore the business opportunities in the healthcare sector in Malaysia.
