Reference is made to AWC’s announcement on 25 January 2021 in relation to the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim filed by the Plaintiffs against the Defendants.
The Board wishes to inform that the Plaintiffs has on 23 February 2021 received the Defence and Counterclaim filed by the Defendants in the general division of the High Court of the Republic of Singapore.
The Board will make further announcement if there is any material update on the aforesaid case.
