The Board of Directors of Metronic is pleased to announce that Metronic Medicare, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 21 February 2021, been awarded a Letter of Intent (“LOI”) by Genesprint for the propose acquisition of the SARS-COV-2 NAb Immune System Rapid Test Kit (“Test Kit”) from Metronic Medicare (“Project”).
