Reference is made to the announcements dated 20 April 2020, 21 April 2020, 16 June 2020, 17 July 2020, 25 August 2020 and 26 November 2020 pertaining to the MOC made between the Company and ATES for the purpose of collaboration in the supply and provision of digital signage hardware and software enhancements to anti-epidemic integrated disinfection chambers.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the collaboration is still on-going and there is no material development on the status of the MOC.
