Reference is made to the announcements dated 12 April 2017, 28 August 2017, 12 October 2017, 30 November 2017, 12 February 2018, 18 May 2018, 29 August 2018, 15 November 2018, 28 February 2019, 29 May 2019, 22 August 2019, 21 November 2019, 27 February 2020, 16 June 2020, 25 August 2020 and 26 November 2020 pertaining to the MOU made between the Company and MNC for the purpose of collaborating with MNC for the development of an inclusive e-commerce platform with integrated payment gateway solutions and end-to-end logistics support, to operate in the Malaysia Digital Free Trade Zone (DFTZ).
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there is no material development on the status of the MOU.
