The Board of Directors of VHB wishes to inform that the Company intends to seek approval from its shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be convened, on the Proposed Amendment to the Company’s Constitution ("Proposed Amendment").

The details of the Proposed Amendment will be set out in the notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of VHB that will be issued to the shareholders in due course.
