Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had on 17 February 2021 granted an extension of time until 31 March 2021 for the listed issuers to issue the Quarterly Reports which are due by 28 February 2021 following the Movement Control Order 2.0 ("MCO 2.0") period as announced by the Government to contain the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak.

The Board of Directors of SBC, after having considered the challenges facing the Company during the MCO 2.0 and the current situation, is of the view that the Company wishes to utilise the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities for issuance of its Quarterly Report for the period ended 31 December 2020 the latest by 31 March 2021.
