Amid the evolving Covid-19 situation and implementation of Movement Control Order 2.0, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had on 17 February 2021 granted 1 month extension of time for issuance of semi-annual financial statements and annual audited financial statements due on 28 February 2021, 31 March 2021 and 30 April 2021.

The Board of Directors of Enest Group Berhad (“ENEST”) wishes to opt for the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities to release and submit its semi-annual financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 (“FYE 2020”) due on 28 February 2021 by 31 March 2021, and annual audited financial statements for the FYE 2020 due on 30 April 2021 by 31 May 2021.  

Any material development on the matter will be announced accordingly.
