The Company refer to the circular dated 17 February 2021 issued by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia”) in relation to the Extension of Time for Submission of Quarterly and Annual Reports and Further Relief to Listed Issuers with Unsatisfactory Financial Condition and Inadequate Level of Operation.

Pursuant to the extension of time granted by Bursa Malaysia, the Board of Directors (“the Board”) of the Company wishes to inform that the Company will release its quarterly reports for the financial period ended 31 December 2020 (“Quarterly Reports”) on or before the extended due date i.e by 31 March 2021.

Nevertheless, the Company would continue to comply with the continuing disclosure obligations under the Main Market Listing Requirements (“Main LR”), including the obligation to make immediate announcement of any material information under Paragraph 9.03 of Main LR.
