Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as previously defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the same. 

Further to the Company's announcement made on 1 September 2020, the Board of Directors of T7 Global wishes to inform that there is no material development pertaining to the collaboration between T7 Marine, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and Mitsui to collaborate in various activities and explore new business opportunities for supply of ships to Vietnam Peoples Navy and Vietnam Coast Guard.
