The Board of Directors of Can-One Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to recommend a first and final single-tier dividend of 4 sen per share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2020. The aforesaid dividend is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Seventeenth Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The details of the entitlement and payment date of the aforesaid dividend will be determined and announced at a later date.
